OVERLAND PARK WOMEN TO HOLD TRIVIA EVENT
BENEFITING THE 2009 BREAST CANCER 3-DAY
OVERLAND PARK, KS – SEPTEMBER 13, 2009 – Kathy Ungerer and Kathi Monter of Overland Park have organized a trivia contest at The Brick on September 24 to raise money for the Breast Cancer 3-Day benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. Ungerer and Monter will join thousands of other dedicated women and men for the Arizona Breast Cancer 3-Day in November to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer. The three-day, 60-mile walk requires months of physical and financial preparation, challenge and triumph. Participants commit to raising $2,300 in order to participate and follow a four to sixth month physical training program.
